Ace Ventura, Pet Detective - This film is directed by Tom Shadyac. This is a characteristically madcap Jim Carey comedy. He is cast as Ace Ventura, a pet detective. The mascot of the Miami Dolphins has been kidnapped, and it is up to Ace Ventura to crack the case. Jim Carrey, Courtney Cox. And Sean Young star.

Heartland Reggae - Slapdash documentary of ‘78 show remembering a visit to Jamaica by Haile Selassie. The music makes it worth watching. Cast includes Bob Marley and the Wailers, Peter Tosh, and Althea and Donna.

Metropolitan - Predictable comedy, full with sarcasm, is set throughout Christmas season, with hermit Clements drawn into small gang of friends, and out of his shell. Onionhead - A disorganized motion picture with Griffith joining the Coast Guard in pre WW2 and becoming a ships chef. The motion picture attempts to be a comedy, a romance, and a drama at the same time and succeeds at none.
